At Thrive Therapy Services, we believe that reaching out for support is an important step toward healing and empowerment.  Navigating mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, but there are numerous resources available to provide help, guidance, and a sense of connection.  If we are not able to provide the services that you need, below is a list of trusted hotlines and online resources that offer immediate support, information, and compassionate care.  Whether you’re seeking assistance in a moment of crisis, looking for mental health education, or exploring support groups, these organizations are dedicated to helping individuals on their journey from surviving to thriving.

Mental Health and Crisis Support:

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline:

Dial 988 – 24/7 support for anyone in emotional distress or facing a crisis.

Crisis Text Line:

Text HELLO to 741741 – Free, 24/7 text-based support from trained crisis counselors.

SAMHSA’s National Helpline:

1-800-662-HELP (4357) – Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration provides confidential support and treatment referral for mental health and substance use, 24/7.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Helpline:

1-800-950-NAMI (6264) or text NAMI to 741741 – Provides support and information on mental health conditions.

Domestic Violence and Trauma Support:

National Domestic Violence Hotline:
