Transparency in care is among our top priorities at Thrive Therapy Services,.  The federal No Surprises Act, (effective 1/1/2022) helps safeguard against unexpected medical bills from out-of-network providers, by delivering cost clarity prior to the delivery of services.

You have the right to request and receive a Good Faith Estimate for the expected costs of any non-emergency mental health services.  This estimate will provide:

• A breakdown of the services you will receive.

• An estimated cost of each service, along with the total expected cost.

•  Information about the frequency and duration of sessions as discussed with your provider.

Please know the Good Faith Estimate is not a bill.  It is provided to help you plan for the cost of services.  If your needs or circumstances change, you may request an updated Good Faith Estimate.  We are also committed to ensuring you fully understand the fees for your services.  If any changes to the estimate arise, we will notify you promptly.
